Real-world road validation in extreme cold

To address potential embrittlement, phase separation, and detachment of self-sealing and bonding materials in extreme cold, Lange Jiach continuously validates products in different environmental conditions.

At the end of 2025, the company's products underwent real-world road testing in Mohe, Heilongjiang, where the lowest ambient temperature reached approximately -42℃.

During the road test, no obvious signs of the following were observed:

  • abnormal crystallisation
  • material embrittlement
  • phase separation
  • adhesive backing detachment
  • material bonding failure

This provides a further validation basis for real-world use in cold regions.

Flexible self-sealing bonding technology

More than bonding: adapting to long-term tyre deformation

In real operation, tyres continuously experience vibration, impact, bending, temperature changes, and dynamic deformation. Traditional rigid bonding systems can create local stress concentrations under long-term dynamic loading.

SILENT ZONE flexible self-sealing bonding technology uses a material's viscoelasticity and deformation adaptability to form a flexible connection between acoustic foam and the tyre inner liner. The material can deform with the tyre to reduce interfacial stress concentration in long-term use.

We focus not only on initial bonding strength, but on the balance between: long-term bonding + dynamic deformation + temperature change + durability.
